NTE AVIATION, LTD. began operations in early 2001 and was formed by three principals with varying and extensive backgrounds in turbine engine operations, overhaul support, inventory management and finance. Our primary focus is to provide independent overhaul shops and operators with another option in sourcing high quality serviceable aircraft materials.
 The company has developed a stringent quality control program and is accredited by the Aviation Suppliers Association under the ASA-100 quality standard.
NTE Aviation's staff draws on its network of overhaul shops and operators alike in its efforts to source product in support of its operations.
Danny Kelly – Serves as President/CEO and is one of the three principals. He brings to the company 23 years of banking and financial expertise. He spent 13 years in Commercial Lending with Bank One before joining TPI Aviation as the CFO (1996-2000). He has since served as President and CEO of NTE Aviation. Mr. Kelly received his Bachelors of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin.
Tom Villani – Serves as NTE's Executive Vice President of Sales and is one of the three principals. He brings to the company 17 years of experience in the corporate and regional airline parts and engine trading. Mr. Villani has an Associates Degree in Business Administration.
Larry Watkins – Serves as Executive Vice President of Operations and is one of the three principals. He brings to the company 20 years of turbine engine operations and maintenance management as well as material and engine trading.
Bill Thompson – Serves as Senior Vice President of Commercial Programs. He has over 20 years experience in providing services and support to the aviation aftermarket, holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Richmond and a M.B.A. in Marketing / Finance from the University of Dallas. He was certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt in 2001.
Paul Baker – Serves as Vice President of International Operations based near London, England. He brings to the company more than 25 years of airframe and engine technical expertise, as well as aftermarket engine overhaul sales and support. He holds FAA Airframe and Powerplant License, British Airframe and Engine licenses and an HNC in Engineering. He is a full corporate Member of the Royal Aeronautical Society.
Jeff Jenkins – Serves as Vice President of Commercial Engine Trading & Leasing. He brings to the company over 30 years of aviation experience, including acquisition, disposition, lease financing, and aftermarket sales of aftermarket aircraft and engines. Jeff received his B.S. degree in Finance from the University of California, holds a FAA Airframe and Powerplant License and is certified as a Six Sigma Green Belt.
Shawn Keith – Serves as Vice President of Parts Sales – Regional & Corporate Airline Programs. Shawn has over 15 years in the engine component manufacturing, repair and trading industry. He joins NTE after most recently serving as the Sales Manager for Pratt & Whitney Component Solutions where he was responsible for parts sales management for all product lines of aftermarket material.
Chris Arras – Takes care of Regional & Corporate Engine Trading. He brings more than a dozen years of aviation experience to NTE Aviation. Prior to joining NTE Chris spent time with Delavan and Howmet. He holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Chris wears a brown belt.
